Flood recovery support · Free
The water's down.
Here's what happens next.
A flooded floor or basement is a mess, not a catastrophe. But the drying, the claim and the repairs come in an order nobody explains. We're local, we answer the phone, and we'll walk you through it.
Or call or text (208) 495‑4356. Free, no obligation.
After the water recedes
A day of water.
A few weeks of cleanup.
The pumps run, the floor dries, and then the real work starts: the claim, the drying company, the repairs. Here's the order things happen in, and what we do at each step.
-
Day 1
The water's down
There's a line on the drywall and the carpet squelches. You're not sure what to move, what to photograph, or whether to start ripping things out.
What we do
We answer the phone. We'll tell you what to photograph before you move anything, what to pull up tonight so it can dry, and what's fine to leave until morning.
-
Week 1
The calls start
Your adjuster wants photos. Two drying companies want to start today. A mold estimate comes in with a number that makes you sit down.
What we do
We'll explain who each of them is, what a fair price looks like around here, and which calls you're under no obligation to return.
-
Weeks 2–4
Contractors, coordinated
Drying, drywall, flooring, paint. Four trades, four schedules, and you're the one holding the calendar.
What we do
We connect you with vetted local contractors and keep track of who's supposed to be there, and when.
What this costs
Nothing.
One call, and it's in your hands.
No fee, no percentage of your claim, nothing to sign. We'll stop by for fifteen minutes, explain how the process works, answer your questions, and leave the rest to you.
- On your schedule, including evenings
- No paperwork, no contracts
- Serving the whole Treasure Valley
We're local, we answer the phone, and we treat your home like our own.
